abandoned urbex 2 will be held the allegheny river terminals in new kensington, pa from 12pm-6pm on saturday, june 11th.
allegheny river terminals sits on approximately 16 acres and was originally constructed as an ice manufacturing and storage facility back in the 1870s. additional building were built in the 1920s, 1950s, and most recently in the 1970s. part of the sites are still in operation, but at least half of the buildings are no longer in use and have been left to decay.
our location offers multiple buildings, grounds, and rooftops to shoot. each floor offers something different and multiple windows offering great natural light. unlike most urbex locations, we will still have limited access to electricity and a functional bathrooms!
The cost for photographers is $60 and $30 for models. ambassadors are free!
space is limited to 12 photographers and up to 25 models.
